The User Friendly Church

What does the term user friendly mean? Wouldn't it be a compliment if we called anything user friendly? By definition user friendly means to make something more efficient or easier to use. Sounds good, doesn't it? Sure, about most everything except the church today. The cross was not user friendly for Jesus and I am sure that Paul did not believe in the Gospel being easy or efficient.
